Transfer to Majete Game Reserve where you spend the next three nights at Mkulumadzi. Located on the banks of the Shire River, Mkulumadzi Lodge has 8 stunning chalets where you can relax and fall under the spell of the sights & sounds of the river, in the heart of Majete Wildlife Reserve.
The reserve is managed by African Parks who have re-introduced over 3,000 animals here in the last 20 years including Black Rhino, Elephant, Giraffe and predators such as Wild Dog, Cheetah and Lion. This is Malawi’s only Big 5 reserve although Leopard are particularly elusive with infrequent sightings.

Transfer by road to spend the next three nights at Kuthengo Camp in Liwonde National Park. Located on a large open plain stretching towards the Shire River in Liwonde National Park, Malawi, you will find Kuthengo nestled among fever trees and baobabs.
This scenic park is managed by African Parks with significant wildlife re-introductions taking place over the last 15 years to re-establish the park as one of Africa’s premier wildlife destinations. Liwonde is also a premier birdwatching destination with specials such as Palmnut Vulture, Böhm’s Bee-eater and Purple-crested Turaco found here.

Transfer by road to spend the next four nights at Pumulani Lodge along the shores of Lake Malawi. Pumulani is nestled in the hillside on the Nankumba Peninsula in the southern end of Lake Malawi.
Pumulani is the perfect place to relax with its sandy beach and elevated views of the lake from the main lodge and pool area.
The lodge features spacious en-suite rooms all with views of the lake or surrounding bush. Accommodation is inclusive of all meals, drinks and non-motorised activities. Activities offered in the area focus on the lake and include boating, kayaking, sailing and snorkelling with village tours, guided walks and cycling also offered.
