Fly in to Maun airport where you take a light aircraft across the delta to Xugana Island Lodge in the Okavango Delta. Xugana Island Lodge is situated on a private concession and takes full advantage of this magnificent site. Exploring the Delta by motorboat or canoe (mokoro), combined with walking on surrounding islands in the concession, gives guests the chance to experience a classic Okavango Delta safari.
Transfer by light aircraft to Moremi Game Reserve. Moremi is one of the most spectacular wildlife destinations in Africa. Camp Xakanaxa’s location on the banks of the Xakanaxa Lagoon in the heart of the Moremi Game Reserve ensures that it is one of the only safari camps which can provide guests with an authentic, year round Okavango Delta land and water safari experience.
Transfer to Kasane where you spend the final two nights. Accommodation is at Pangolin Chobe Hotel on a fully inclusive basis. Specialist photographic activities are included – either a game drive or river cruise along the Chobe Riverfront. The river cruise is a highlight of many a visitor’s trip to Botswana and Pangolin offer by far the best river cruise option.
Transfer across the border to Victoria Falls, spending the final two nights at Batonka Guest Lodge, situated in a quiet residential area 1km from the town centre. The Zimbabwean side has approximately 2/3 of the fall’s frontage and the falls are easily viewed on foot.
