Day 1 – 3

Fly into Maun where you then board a light aircraft which will take you to Pom Pom Camp in the Okavango Delta. The camp is situated in the heart of the Okavango Delta on the Xudum river. Accommodation is in Meru-style safari tents on raised platforms with en-suite facilities and private viewing decks.

Day 4

Transfer back to Maun where you pick up your vehicle. Head south to spend the next night at Meno A Kwena Tented Camp – situated on the high cliffs overlooking the Boteti River, the Makgadikgadi Pans National Park’s western boundary.

Day 5 – 7

The next three nights are spent in the Central Kalahari Game Reserve at Kalahari Plains Camp, run by Wilderness Safaris. Kalahari Plains Camp is situated overlooking a large pan. Accommodation features unique en-suite canvas units with a sleep-out above each from which to enjoy the amazing star-studded Kalahari sky.

Day 8

Head back to Maun from the Kalahari. Accommodation is at Royal Tree Lodge on the outskirts of Maun. Royal Tree Lodge is an open plan thatched lodge with doors opening onto a large teak deck shaded by huge Leadwood and Birdplum trees, under which meals and drinks are often served.

Day 9 – 11

Drive from Maun to Nokanyana Camp – a new lodge in a game rich private concession next to the Moremi Game Reserve. The lodge is in prime wildlife country – game is rich and varied and birdlife is prolific. Accommodation here is fully inclusive of meals and activities.

Day 12 – 13

Spend the next two nights at Ghoha Hills Savuti Lodge. Perched high on the Ghoha hills overlooking the Savuti region, Ghoha Hills offers guests privacy and exclusivity, away from the crowds that frequent the more commercial regions in Chobe. Ghoha Hills has been designed to take advantage of the views – rooms, the pool and dining area all have views.

Day 14 – 15

Spend the next two nights at Jackalberry Chobe on a fully inclusive basis. Guided game viewing activities are included – either game drives or a river cruise along the Chobe Riverfront. The river cruise is a highlight of many a visitor’s trip to Botswana and the Chobe riverfront is very good for game viewing, with many loop roads. Game is best sighted early mornings and late evenings when it is cooler.

Day 16

Transfer by road to Victoria Falls, where you spend the last night. Accommodation is at the classic Victoria Falls Hotel, popularly known as “the grand old lady of the Falls” and situated in the Victoria Falls National Park.
